Jumping for Joy at the NSEA National Schools Championship

The Langley Equestrian Team put in an amazing performance on the 27th January at the NSEA National Schools Championship at Addington Manor and the Hickstead Elite Championship qualifier hosted by Forest Edge. Harriet D (Prep School), Daisy Papworth, Polly Papworth, Imogen Gill, Evie Matthews, Joe Deane and Oliver Kidner represented Langley against thirty other schools from surrounding counties.

The team consisting of Joe, Polly, Daisy and Oliver came first in the 90/95 cm class, securing Langley a place at the National Championships, which will take place on 1st August 2019. This team also placed second in the 1 meter class and has qualified them for the National Championships and Hickstead Elite Horse Show. In addition to this, Oliver Kidner and his horse’s Avalon and Freddy Bear qualified to represent Langley as an individual, in the 1.10 metre class at National Championship sand Hickstead Elite Championships. Joining Oliver will also be Joe Deane who individually qualified for the 1 metre class on his horse Cruise. Both the riders and horses put in an outstanding performance, well done for achieving superb results.
