On Monday the 18 June the Pre-Prep held their annual individual musician’s concert with 40 children taking part who play either one or two instruments.

We were delighted to welcome our Director of Music, Mr Tan, and the peripatetic team to support the children along with an extremely appreciative audience.

For many of these children this was the first time they had played in front of an audience after learning their instrument for a short time but all performed with confidence and enjoyed the support from their audience after their rather grand bows!

We had a wonderful mix of instruments including piano, guitar, voice, recorder, saxonette, J sax, trumpet, drums and violin showing a wealth of talent that we have amongst our children.

We are all very proud of them for performing so bravely and for listening to their friends perform so nicely.

On Friday 22 June we will also be performing our Summer Concert with all of the Pre-Prep children from Acorns through to Year 2 who will also share their skills learnt this year on the violin and cello.

We look forward to seeing you there with your picnic on the little lords grass through the walled garden.
