In Photography A level we are highlighting the work of two current Year 13 students. Both have worked creatively and challenged themselves to create dynamic visual work. Their work forms part of their response to a project on identity.

George Pullen
George’s subject was on portraiture; specifically how people identify themselves and how photography can truly represent a person. George shot his images on location in the streets of Norwich, where he approached a number of people who were able to provide basic information about themselves and model for a portrait.

David Huang Jiang
As an EAL student, David’s work focused on cultural identity, youth culture, and subcultures of fashion. He has explored how fashion can help us rebel, give us a sense of self, and find our place in the world. David’s images were shot on site at Langley Senior School and feature several of his fellow pupils.
