Langley saw a return of one of our Heads of School, Eleanor Knight, along with the cast, to perform two special shows of her Edinburgh Fringe play ‘Uppercut’ to our Sixth Formers and Year 10 & 11 Drama and Music pupils. Uppercut is a play that encapsulated the problems of growing up and focussed on the fears of failure for young boxer Cleo. Written and produced by Eleanor, this slick production provided an insight into the teenage mind and dealt with anxiety, sexism and bereavement, in an engaging manner. Thank you to Eleanor and the cast for a fantastic show.
