We had the pleasure in welcoming parents, staff and students to the Ballroom recently to showcase and celebrate the superb achievements of this year’s EPQ (Extended Project Qualification) students. The independent projects displayed were from a broad range of topics, reflecting the diverse academic interests and pursuits of our young people. The Upper Sixth students conducted themselves in a wonderfully professional and expert manner, fielding challenging questions from both parents and staff with educated and evaluative responses.
We were delighted to welcome back Jabez Cooke, an Icenian who spoke so eloquently on his EPQ experience and discussed the Bright Spark Scholarship he received from the UEA. His inspiring speech will no doubt pave the way for others to follow in his footsteps of academic excellence.
