Indi the Labrador puppy is our newest addition here at Langley and she’s already making friends. Pupils from Years 6 to Upper Sixth have been enjoying wellbeing walks with Indi, who belongs to Head of Sixth Form, Mr Kempton.
The benefits of having a canine friend on the school site include reducing stress and calming anxieties, teaching responsibilities and the importance of nurturing and respect.
Sixth Former Amelia comments “Indi makes me so happy,” and fellow Sixth Former Hannah says “Indi brightens up my day.”
When we hear positive feedback from pupils and students, we know that the loveable labrador Indi is a valuable new member of our school community.
