A small group of pupils has just unveiled a beautiful hand stitched banner made by Mrs Robinson for the end of the Langley Senior School drive, showing a message of support for keyworkers.

In March, we – and all other schools – had to switch to home learning. Since then, Langley has remained open for a small group of children who are either vulnerable, or whose parents are critical to the Covid-19 response.

Headmaster Mr Perriss comments, ‘Our support of each other through this crisis can be both tangible and intangible. I am delighted that the Langley pupils are selflessly thinking of others and demonstrating this in so many ways. I am proud of the staff for teaching remotely, supervising on site and looking after their own families too.’

Here are Year 7 pupils James and Toby G, proudly standing by the banner for all to see.
