One of our Lower Sixth students has created some phenomenal land art during her remote learning.
The work of Photography A-Level student Kathryn G is in response to that of Sir Richard Julian Long, the English sculptor and one of the best-known British land artists. Typically his work is made up of earth, rock, mud, stone and other such materials.
Kathryn herself has created a sculpture in situ on a local farm, using a tree grown on the site. Her work is an exploration of physical properties and the end product is hugely impressive. We believe that Sir Richard would be impressed!
